Intravici is a part of Butler Consultants Limited and as such comes up the umbrella of Butler Consultants Health and Safety policy. We are committed to promoting the importance of health, safety and to our employees, clients and partners.

It is the intention of the Company to provide and maintain, so far as is reasonably practicable, a safe and healthy working environment, and to ensure that all employees of the company will be given such information, instruction, training and supervision as deemed necessary.
The Company will comply with statutory legislation including approved codes of practice and provide safe systems of work for employees and for visitors, contractors and members of the public in all working areas and premises. The Company will employ competent personnel to ensure compliance with all statutory duties, and where necessary, appropriate outside specialists will be contracted to provide expert advice and training.

Adequate provisions and arrangements will be made available to enable employees or their representatives to raise issues of health and safety.
It is vital that all employees co-operate with the local management team where work is being carried out to ensure compliance with all statutory duties. The successful implementation of this policy requires commitment from all levels of staff throughout the company. Specific actions to ensure compliance with this policy will be factored into employees' overall performance standards, as the Company deems necessary. Failure to comply with company prescribed policies shall result in an investigation and may lead to disciplinary action, being taken, which is some cases could result in immediate termination of employment.

Each member of staff has an personal and legal obligation to take reasonable care of his/her health and safety, and for the safety of other people who may be affected by his/her acts or omissions. It is also the responsibility of all employees to report any unsafe conduct, practices or conditions immediately. All such safety issues should in the first instance be brought by the employee to the attention of his/her immediate supervisor or manager, and if left unresolved, reported directly to the Company Secretary.
